Operational Team
Catherine M.
Operation Manager
Catherine manages the peer support services, the training, and the overall operational running of the organisation. With a background in community development and regeneration, Catherine has worked in both geographical neighbourhood-based projects and communities of interest.
Catherine enjoys putting her range of skills to use with ADHD Aware. Working in a pre-dominantly neurodivergent environment highlights the huge strengths being neurodivergent can bring and the best ways of supporting and managing people. Both in terms of health and wellbeing at work and supporting people to thrive and make huge and meaningful contributions to the running of ADHD Aware and beyond!
Karen H.
Couple Course Psychotherapist
Karen is a relationship therapist, cultural commentator on modern love and specialist in relationship dynamics and neurodivergence. Her work sits at the intersection of relational psychology, modern culture, and recognising the dynamics and patterns that shape how we love today.
She uses a unique blend of psychodynamic therapy, behavioural and coaching techniques overlaid with a neurodivergent lens.
When an individual feels as if there is another person on their team then life work, managing families, illness and life challenges can feel slightly less daunting. The quality of our relationships enhances the quality of our lived experience. Her work is to help restore harmony, joy and stability to those who have lost touch with this in their relationship.
Patricia G.
Learning & Development Consultant
Patricia develops and delivers ADHD Aware’s workplace training and learning programmes, helping organisations build greater understanding of ADHD and neurodiversity. She works with employers, managers and teams to create more inclusive, supportive and productive working environments through practical, lived-experience-led training.
Prior to joining ADHD Aware, Patricia worked in transformation, strategy and client-focused roles, supporting employee engagement, relationship development and organisational change initiatives.
She is passionate about helping organisations move beyond awareness towards meaningful and sustainable neuroinclusive practice. Her approach combines empathy, practical strategies and real-world understanding to support lasting inclusion and meaningful organisational change.
Nicole F.
Technical Consultant
Nicole is a digital consultant specialising in user experience, accessibility, and scalable digital systems, with over eight years of experience delivering high-impact solutions across complex organisations. She founded Noran Design, a purpose-driven design studio that support operations, engagement, and sustainable growth. Earlier in her career, she worked at Expedia Group, where she led improvements to user experience and accessibility across global digital products at scale.
Nicole strengthens ADHD Aware's digital infrastructure and ensures its online services genuinely serve both the team and the community. She focuses on website optimisation, system integration, and embedding accessibility-first thinking into technical decisions, ensuring that neurodivergent individuals and all users can navigate and engage with confidence.
She is driven by the belief that technology should remove barriers, not create them, and focuses on building systems that are clear, accessible, and genuinely supportive.
Naomi N.
Administrator
Naomi was a volunteer coordinator for Together Co for 17 years. She started as a recipient of support from ADHD Aware when she was first diagnosed 8 years ago. She then started to volunteer and was then offered a job which she loves!
The role has given her the opportunity to use skills she knew she had but didn't previously need to use so it's been a nice change plus the job gives her a balance of admin but also still meeting people albeit mostly on Zoom. If you ever email into admin, she is the one who will respond!
