Peer Support Session
ADHD Drop-In
We host two types of monthly drop-in sessions for adults with ADHD: in-person sessions (in Brighton) and online sessions (on Zoom).
Sessions are relaxed and friendly and open to anyone affected by ADHD. We typically have around 20 attendees, with new people joining us every month. If you're nervous about attending your first meeting, don't worry – you won't be the only new person!
