What to expect
Real insights into how people with ADHD live
Discussion groups are a great opportunity to receive support and to help others. They’re your chance to gain insight into how others deal with the challenges of life with ADHD and to receive up-to-the-minute information and guidance from our expert volunteers.
Each month, members suggest topics for discussion to ensure sessions are relevant and address real-world issues.
