October’s Group Discussion: “Executive Functioning 1″

The October Group Discussion will focus on Executive Functioning 1.

Executive functioning is a set of mental skills that help people plan, organise, manage their time, pay attention, process information, and control their behaviour. Executive functioning issues can affect everything from how a person interacts with others to their ability to learn and work.

This month we will talk about your experience in relation to paying attention, self-control and managing your emotions.

In November, we will focus on self-monitoring, planning and prioritising, task initiation and staying on task.
