The March Group Discussion will focus on balancing hyperfocus and procrastination.
The group discussion is an opportunity to listen to other people’s experiences of living with ADHD, share your own stories and work together when considering living with ADHD.
This month we will focus on:
- your insights about hyperfocus and procrastination
- your experience of the dynamics at both ends of this spectrum and its impact on you, your family, friends and colleagues
- possible ways in which to balance hyperfocus and procrastination
The group discussions and the drop-ins are only for adults with ADHD (and co-occurring conditions), based on a peer support model that provides a safe, contained space to enable our users to explore their feelings and experiences alongside their peers.
Whilst it is lovely to see so many partners wanting to learn and understand more about ADHD, we kindly ask partners to refrain from attending the groups. If partners would like to learn more about ADHD they are welcome to attend our partners group or apply to do our couples course, which offer support to both partners to understand more about ADHD in relationships.
