Peer Support Session

ADHD Group Discussion

Our monthly group discussions are structured sessions led by our highly experienced facilitator and supported by our team of trained volunteers. These sessions focus on a specific theme relating to ADHD each month and allow participants to explore the challenges, strengths and strategies associated with this.

Who Can Attend

Anyone with ADHD or in the process of seeking a diagnosis

You do not need a diagnosis, but you must be seeking a diagnosis if you do not have one. However, we ask that you do not bring anyone who is not affected by ADHD and do not bring anyone under 18.

If you are questioning whether you have ADHD, instead, try our drop-in.

What To Expect

Real insights into how people with ADHD live

Our group discussion topics are decided by members so we can ensure we are relevant and addressing real-world contemporary issues. There is a chance to learn about the latest ADHD info from our volunteer team, as well as hear from people from all walks of life discuss shared aspects of ADHD. People say that discussion groups give them a real chance to receive help and to help others.
