ADHD Aware Group Discussion: “Relationships and Friendships”
The January Group Discussion will focus on Relationships and Friendships.
It is an opportunity to talk about your relationships and friendships focusing on what works well and what is challenging for you, your friends, family and partners.
For example, we can focus on:
- What qualities do you bring to your friendships and relationships?
- What are the challenges in maintaining and developing your friendships and relationships?
- Do you and your friends, family and partners feel understood and supported and what could help so that you all feel better understood and supported?
So, January’s Group Discussion is for you if you would you like to share your insights and experience and hear those of others in relation to relationships and friendships.
As always, The ADHD Aware Group Discussion is an opportunity to listen to other people’s experiences of living with ADHD, share your own stories and work together on solutions to common challenges faced by people living with ADHD.
Our hope is that whatever you take away with you from this group discussion there will at least be a sense of solidarity in sharing your story, hearing others and coming up with a coping strategy or lots!
A great opportunity to connect, share, and find support.
