An 8-week facilitated peer support group for people living with ADHD

This peer support group offers the opportunity for people living with ADHD to come together and share their personal experiences, feelings, insights, plans and coping strategies

We are aware that living with ADHD can be challenging. This peer support group is being offered to people living with ADHD who are feeling vulnerable and isolated and who could value weekly support to develop plans and longer-term support plans and strategies.

The support group will be a closed group for 12 participants over 8 weeks. The themes for each week will be determined by the participants.This support group will be facilitated by Yvonne Rivers and Dave Clarke

The support group will meet on Zoom from 6.30 to 8pm on Wednesday 26th February, 5th, 12th ,19th March, 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd April.  Please note there will be a break on 26th March.  As part of your involvement, you will need to commit to all of these sessions. and then

These will be considered by The Support Group Facilitators, Yvonne Rivers and Dave Clarke.

We want the Support Group to fit with your needs so we will invite you to a mini meeting on Zoom with Yvonne and Dave to discuss both your hopes for the group and what you hope to bring.

These will take place on Wednesday 22nd January in the morning, afternoon and evening.
