ADHD Aware Group Discussion: “Wellness and Health”
The November Group Discussion is an opportunity to discuss Wellness and Health.
In the November Group Discussion, we will be considering what you do to take care of your health and keep yourself well.
What do you do that helps, and what would you like to do but struggle to prioritise?
It could be maintaining and developing your friendships, keeping active, getting enough sleep, counselling, coaching, mindfulness or dopamine management.
November’s Group Discussions is for you if you would like to share your insights and experience and hear those of others about taking care of your health.
As always, the ADHD Aware Group Discussion is an opportunity to listen to other people’s experiences of living with ADHD, share your own stories, and work together on solutions to common challenges that people living with ADHD face in our society.
We hope that whatever you take away with you from this group discussion there will at least be a sense of solidarity in sharing your story, hearing others and coming up with a coping strategy or lots!
