Workplace Neurodiversity Awareness Training

What is Workplace Neurodiversity Awareness Training?

Breaking Down Barriers and Enabling Shared Understanding of Neurodiversity. Neurodiversity refers to the natural variation in how people think and process information. It encompasses conditions like Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia, affecting about 15% of the UK adult population. Neurodiversity Awareness Training promotes inclusivity by helping participants understand and appreciate these cognitive differences.

Why Choose Our Training?

At ADHD Aware, we are dedicated to fostering inclusive workplaces where neurodivergent individuals can thrive. Our trainers bring lived experience and professional expertise to create engaging sessions tailored to diverse learning needs. Whether it's a 60-minute masterclass or a full-day workshop, our approach combines scientific insights with interactive discussions to ensure meaningful learning experiences.

AWARE: Breaking Down Barriers and Enabling Shared Understanding of Neurodiversity

Aware is our Introduction to Neurodiversity Awareness training.  Participants learn about neurodiversity, the unique strengths and challenges this can bring, and how to remove barriers and create supportive environments that enhance well-being and productivity. Key topics include reasonable adjustments, legal considerations, and strategies for supporting colleagues. This is available as a 90-minute, 2-hour session or a half-day workshop.

THRIVE: Inclusive Environments Where Everyone is Valued and Everyone can Thrive

Thrive offers participants the understanding and tools to create inclusive environments where everyone is valued, and everyone can thrive.  In this workshop we look at what the challenges can be for neurodivergent employees, offer strategies to create an open inclusive culture, and how to create neuro-inclusive environments.  This training can be delivered as a 90-minute, 2-hour, half or whole-day session.
