Family, Friends & Partners Support

Our Family, Friends and Partners support group is an opportunity to meet people who also live with and love people with ADHD. Led by peers, each meeting gives a chance to share stories, address shared challenges and learn about ADHD.

Who?

This session is a chance for family, friends and partners of people affected by ADHD to come together. The person you know affected by ADHD does not need a medical diagnosis; you are welcome to attend if you or they are questioning if they may have ADHD. Do not bring anyone under 18. We are based in Brighton and have members from Brighton, Hove, East Sussex, surrounding areas and even further afield.

When?

We meet on the 4th Wednesday of each month from 7pm-9pm.

Where?

Brighthelm Centre, North Road, Brighton, BN1 1YD.

How?

You are welcome to come along, sign up is not required. For further information contact Cal at calchester@trustdevcom.org.uk or on 01273 262220.

Why?

Living with ADHD can be a very colourful experience – as can being closely attached to someone with the condition. We know that ADHD affects more than just the person with the condition. As a community we want to come together to learn about ADHD and unite so as to best integrate people with ADHD into our lives, whilst being respectful of our own needs and differences too.
