ADHD Aware is a national charity based in Brighton, UK, and run mainly by neurodiverse volunteers. We grew from a local ADHD peer support group and aim to share knowledge and heartfelt support within the ADHD community. We offer accurate information, personal and organizational support, and expert-led focus sessions.
Support Enquiries (UK)
People across the UK affected by ADHD can join our mailing list and attend our online events. We also list other support groups for Adult ADHD.

What We Cannot Provide
As a peer support charity, we cannot provide on:
- Medication
- Screening
- Assessment
- Diagnosis
- Shared Care
- Counseling
- Benefits
We also cannot offer one-to-one support or telephone calls. Our support is peer-led, via support groups and Facebook groups. We only work with those aged 18 and over. For children's services, see our useful contacts and links page.
