Neurodiversity in employment survey launch

ADHD aware is launching a survey “Making employment more accessible to the neurodiverse community”.

This survey is part of a new project where ADHD Aware will provide neurodiversity awareness training for employers. We will use the insights gained from the survey to show that neurodivergent people can thrive in the workplace, all they need is support and understanding.

The aim of this survey is to research the barriers that prevent neurodivergent people from accessing and maintaining employment.

We are pleased to announce that the first employer that ADHD Aware will be providing awareness training to are the Sussex NHS Commissioners. These are the NHS employers who purchase and manage the contracts of different health services for local NHS CCGs.

Please look out for the invitation to take part in the survey that will be sent out to our mailing list as well as to our neurodiversity charity partners. All data from the survey is completely anonymous, for more information about how we handle your data please see our privacy policy.

We will publish the results of the survey, on this blog and also in our monthly newsletter.

Your stories and experiences are valuable to us because they will help us understand what the status quo truly is for neurodivergent people in employment, and how it needs to be improved.
