8-Week Facilitated Peer Support Group for People Living with ADHD
Our peer support group offers a space for people with ADHD to come together and share personal experiences, feelings, insights, plans, and coping strategies.
Living with ADHD can be challenging, and this group is designed for those feeling vulnerable and isolated who could benefit from weekly support to develop long-term plans and strategies.
Group Details
- Duration: 8 weeks
- Participants: Closed group for 12 participants
- Facilitators: Yvonne Rivers and Dave Clarke
- Meeting Time: Wednesdays, 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM
- Dates:
- September: 18, 25
- October: 2, 9, 30
- November: 6, 13, 20
Commitment: Participants must commit to attending all 8 sessions.
How to Join
- Apply: Complete the application form by Wednesday, 17th July 2024.
- Interview: Applications will be reviewed by the facilitators, Yvonne Rivers and Dave Clarke. Selected applicants will be invited to a mini-meeting to discuss their hopes for the group and what they hope to contribute.
